The first and foremost thing was the abolishment. There were simply too many ruling houses, so Rahu had abolished each and every House, including the sects.
Removing them, Rahu had placed his four subordinates in their stead. No…not as lords, but as authorities.
For now, his women managed the territories that they were familiar with, with the only exception being Malrik and, to some degree, Eryx.

The first law he had created was the Law of Submission. Any and all of the things in the Immortal Jade Empire belonged to the Emperor. There was no council, no objections, and no debates.
Even mere thoughts of rebellion equaled treason.
With this law, he had made sure that none of the beings could oppose him.
The next was the Law of Possession.
In layman's terms, "All beauties under heaven belongs to the Emperor."
The women of lower birth, high nobles, servants, or even slaves, every single one could be claimed by the Emperor.
Each major region must present their most beautiful woman from their house, be they someone's wife, daughter, sister, or...mother.
This law was, of course, met with fierce opposition and, surprisingly, acceptance.
The opposition was, of course, the men, but the women, on the other hand, were overjoyed. After all, it was the wet dream of every single woman to at least serve the Emperor once in his bed.
Joining his harem wasn't just a wishful thinking; it had become the ultimate aspiration of countless female cultivators across the world.
And Rahu, being the man-whore he was, on the very first day this Law was announced, he had gone on a sex spree, plowing thousands and thousands of fertile fields while their husbands could only sit outside, hearing their wives moan under the Emperor.

Following this, the last law was created.
Law of Divine Defiance.
The previously worshipped gods were either driven out or destroyed.

All the temples, shrines, rituals, and prayers were forbidden. The priests, practitioners, and gurus were all hunted down and executed. Of course, they were offered a choice to convert, but as always, in matters of religion, some people really needed some beating before they could be convinced.
Instead of those, massive statues and steles of Rahu were built, and thus started the cult of the Lustful Devil of the three worlds.
The cultivators worshipped him like a deity. Even if his flesh existed in the mortal realm, he was their god, their Supreme Existence.
These were the major laws that were enforced throughout the Empire, alongside some minor and convenient laws.
The entire Immortal Jade Empire entered into a state of rapid change. The above-listed may seem like disadvantages, but Rahu was smart enough not to just use the stick.
With just his mere presence, the mana of the three worlds was changed, becoming far more pure, mysterious, and, lastly, higher quality.
With this change, countless heavenly treasures appeared around the world, changing the geography, structure, and rules of the entire realm.
Before, one had to cultivate for years before breaking into the Vital Core Realm after tempering their body in the Body Structuring Realm. Now, it has been almost halved.
Although the later stages didn't really cut the effort directly in half, the time was indeed decreased.
This wasn't the only change; there were many others, which we would discuss later.
Now talking about his personal mess of a harem, Rahu, with the help of some of his closest women, introduced the ranks.
The top position was, of course, held by the Head Consort of the harem. Yveline Overlord, she was the closest to the Emperor, both emotionally and affection.
Her presence almost equaled Rahu.
Directly below the Head Consort, the Divine Consorts were the most favoured women in the entire world.
And they weren't Divine Consorts just in name; they had control over several territories and factions and were extensions of the Emperor himself.
They were the ones who held the most power in the world after the Head Consort.
After the Divine Consorts were the Imperial Consorts. These were the voices of the Emperor.
The authorities whose words and decisions could affect the world itself. Their authority was second only to the Divine Consorts.
After this rank came the Pleasure Consorts. Yes, as the name suggests, their primary purpose was to please.
To please the Emperor and his wicked desires. They weren't slaves per se, but they did not command armies, influence policies, or govern lands.
Despite their lack of power, if one were to please the Emperor, they, if their luck allowed it, could ascend to higher ranks.
And lastly, the lowest were the Maids, the personally selected attendants of the harem of the Inner Palace.
Elegant, silent, and submissive, they managed the daily affairs of the harem and served the consorts without question.
But, fortunately for them, they weren't at the bottom of the food chain. Beneath them were the slaves.
They were nameless and voiceless: cultivation furnaces, test subjects, battle resources, and labour units.
Nothing was wasted, not talent, not bodies, and definitely not failure.
In the vast Immortal Jade Empire, even the lowest existence held value, as long as it could be used.

In a dark hall, a tall man could be seen leaning towards a figure. Rahu's smile stretched wide as he glanced at the emotionless woman in front of him. Even in his presence, there was not even a single twitch in her expression.
"So, shall we move to the bedroom…or do you want your daughter to join us?"
