Chapter 163 - 163: Mission Second Complete

Adam and Cyan stepped back. They turned around and started to leave from there. They moved as one a silent and efficient team. With them Lily and Lily's mother started to walk.Adam and Cyan noticed that Lily and her mother were walking at a very slow speed. They were weak and tired. Seeing this both of them immediately turned back. Lily and her mother were very surprised.

Then Lily's mother said "What is it?" Then Adam and Cyan moved forward. Seeing this both of them got scared. They thought they were in trouble. Then Adam said "If you both keep walking at this speed then we will all get caught." Hearing this Lily could not speak. She was too weak.

Then Adam grabbed Lily and lifted her on his shoulder. Cyan sat Lily's mother on his back. In such a way that they would not have much trouble.

Both of them said to Lily and her mother "Hold on tightly. We will not stop." Hearing this Lily's mother held Cyan's waist tightly.

Lily who was hanging on Adam's shoulder could not speak. But then Adam started to run. For him it was not a big problem even if Lily was on his shoulder.

She was light. Lily was very uncomfortable being on Adam's shoulder. And with the speed at which Adam was running Lily's body could not keep up at all.

Cyan also ran with his full speed. In a short while both of them got out of the building. Lily's mother saw that the whole building was in a state of chaos. It looked as if a lot of destruction had happened here.

Walls were crumbling and smoke filled the air. Then Lily's mother understood that when they were locked in the room in the beginning these people were doing this destruction.

But Lily's mother still did not know why these people had come to save them. Adam and Cyan quickly brought them out of that building. After getting out of the building they went through a road.

They went very carefully so that no one could see them. They went to another building. Which was a short distance from that building.

Although there were not many people there. But still they were fully alert to make their mission successful. So that no one would know.

After reaching that other building Lily and her mother were put down by Adam and Cyan. Lily was feeling very dizzy. Because she had ridden on Adam's shoulder who was running so fast.

When Adam was putting Lily down Lily saw Adam's hand. Where a bracelet was tied. Adam always wore this bracelet. It was a gift from his parents.

Seeing this bracelet Lily looked at Adam. She was very shocked. And she was about to say in a low voice. Then Adam came a little closer.heless. And for Adam it was a small step towards redemption. A small flicker of light in the darkness that had consumed his life. He had saved them. And in doing so he had saved a small part of himself.
