Chapter 7 The Vengeful Dragon
Chapter 7 The Vengeful Dragon
Sophia stood in front of the mountain of dragon dung, unconsciously shoveling it with her hands, trying to figure out what excuse she could use to trick the dragon, Diding, into giving her a spatial ring.
After thinking for a long time without coming up with a good reason, Sophia scratched her head with her left hand in frustration.
As she lowered her hand, a flash of inspiration struck her when she caught a glimpse of the newly cultivated black soil out of the corner of her eye.
seed!
Yes! It's a seed!
I can use the excuse of helping the dragon Destin get the seed to ask Destin for a space ring!
The blonde girl with heterochromatic eyes summoned so many skeleton soldiers from the dragon Destin. When she is "summoned" back up, it's not unreasonable for her to ask the blonde girl with heterochromatic eyes for some seeds, right?
Not excessive at all!
Not at all excessive!
It's not unreasonable to compensate the dragon Destin with some seeds!
Hehe, no wonder she's destined to be the Queen of the Kingdom of Roland, she's really smart.
Having come up with a plausible excuse, Sophia skipped off to find the skeleton.
She'd never cleared a wasteland before and didn't know how, so she decided to learn from the skeleton first.
She stood next to the skeleton for a while and then she learned how to use a hoe to till the solid ground and break up the large clumps of dark red soil.
simple.
Sophia found a skeleton, took a hoe, and started swinging it. With each swing, the impact made her hands go numb.
Is the soil in hell this hard?
Sophia suddenly didn't want to start clearing the land anymore. She was a princess and had never done this kind of work before...
She wanted to give up, but when she thought about stealing dragon dung, she mustered up her energy and got back to work.
It's already excessive for the skeleton soldiers to keep summoning the dragon Destin; they might even steal his dragon dung in the future. If they don't do any work at all, that would be too much.
The wasteland cleared for the dragon Destin will make it easier to steal his dragon dung later without any guilt.
Diding saw Sophia diligently clearing the land and was somewhat surprised.
He could tell at a glance that Sophia was probably the daughter of a nobleman when she was alive. In his mind, a noble lady should never lift a finger, let alone do any manual labor.
Unexpectedly, Sophia, this little devil, is quite capable when it comes to work. Although her movements are clumsy, she is seriously figuring things out. After working for a while, she naturally knows how to exert force.
It seems like we could nurture this little guy.
Diding looked past Sophia and into the distance, preparing to turn the entire Crimson Wasteland into his vegetable garden.
To do this, you first need to persuade those lord-level undead.
If they don't listen, then we'll have to make them move.
As a dragon, it's not unacceptable to be occasionally called an evil dragon.
It's time to put some pressure on the Lich King, Brian. He hasn't figured out a seed that can be grown after all this time; he definitely hasn't been putting in the effort.
Diding spread his dragon wings and flew toward the territory of the Lich King Brian. As he passed over Sophia's head, he lowered his altitude, grabbed Sophia with his dragon claws, and took her to find the Lich King Brian.
Since we've decided to raise this brat Sophia, we naturally have to show her the world and let her see the sights of hell.
Sophia, who was being carried away by Destin, stayed in the dragon's claw for a while before she realized that she was flying.
They were caught by the dragon Destin and taken to the sky.
She only felt a sudden darkness above her head, and before she knew it, she was already in the sky.
Sophia glanced down at the ground and saw many skeletons stumbling and searching for hiding places on the dark red earth.
I also saw a corpse dressed in tattered clothes look up at the sky, then lie flat on the ground pretending to be dead.
Some transparent phantoms that were floating in the air quickly flew to the side, knelt down in the void, and dared not look up at the giant dragon Diding.
Is the dragon Destin really that scary?
Sophia realized that the actions of the skeletons on the ground, the zombies in tattered clothes, and the transparent phantoms in the void were all due to the dragon Didin.
They are afraid, they are terrified.
The dragon Destin was merely passing by, yet it terrified them so much?
Could it be that the dragon Didin is the king of this region?
Sophia looked up at Distin and saw only his metallic jawline and the bluish-purple lightning that flashed when his dragon wings flapped.
With a gentle flap of its dragon wings, Destin caused lightning and thunder to flash across the crimson sky, turning it a bluish-purple hue.
This scene is terrifying.
In other words, the dragon Diding had no intention of killing the skeletons and zombies on the ground. If he had, a few flaps of his wings would have wiped them out instantly.
Thinking about it this way, the dragon Destin doesn't seem so evil after all.
Even with such power, they didn't indiscriminately annihilate the undead in hell...
But where is the dragon Destin planning to take her?
She was also thinking of making a good impression and then asking the dragon Destin for a spatial ring.
Why don't you ask?
Just as Sophia was about to ask a question, she immediately noticed that the dragon Diding had lowered its altitude.
She instinctively looked down at the ground and saw a bone tower made of bones.
I also saw many skeletons, zombies, and some undead skeletons that looked like they were pieced together, lying on the ground.
A black-robed, skull-headed undead creature appeared atop the Bone Tower, its empty eye sockets glowing with eerie green soul fire.
He held a black and gold bone staff in his right hand, with a skull at the top. A red-eyed raven stood on the skull, flapping its wings and crying, "The evil dragon is coming! The evil dragon is coming! Oh no, it's Lord Diding the evil dragon!"
Lich Brian looked up at the dragon Distin, who was descending in altitude. The change was too great. Back when Distin was still a fledgling dragon, he was so polite.
When they see him passing by in the sky, they will wave their dragon claws to greet him.
When I grew up, I would still wave my dragon claws when I saw him, but not to greet him, but to beat up this lord-level lich.
Looking at the sky filled with lightning and thunder, Lich Brian sighed. If he had known this thing would be so terrifying when it grew up, he shouldn't have gone back to catch it amidst the black smoke.
He used to scare Diding when he was still a fledgling dragon by emitting black smoke all over his body.
Now, every time this thing descends upon his territory, it brings lightning and thunder, using this method to frighten the old lich.
I've never seen a dragon so vengeful and vengeful.
Diding folded his dragon wings and descended before the Bone Tower, meeting the gaze of the Lich Brian.
Lich Brian stared at Distin's vertical pupils, which flashed with blue-purple lightning, for a while, then raised his bone hand and cast a spell on his skull, turning it into a flesh-and-blood old man's face with white hair and beard.
This is illusion.
If he transforms his face into that of an old man with white hair and beard, the evil dragon Destin won't beat him so badly.
"Lord of Thunder, I've watched you grow up, can you please stop... sigh... sigh... sigh..."
Before Lich Brian could finish speaking, Diding placed Sophia from the dragon's claw onto the bone tower, raised the dragon's claw, snapped his fingers, and a bolt of cyan-purple lightning appeared out of thin air and struck Lich Brian.
The soul fire within Lich Brian's skull was struck by lightning and ejected from the skull, floating in the air and emitting smoke.
